The parents will make a plan that takes into consideration the following aspects:

1. How your children will spend holidays and special occasions
2. How frequently parents will communicate with a child
3. How parents and children will communicate
4. What are the responsibilities of each parent to pick up or drop off the child during visitation
5. What are the formal and informal rules for changing access and schedules
6. How will parents deal with conflict (conflict resolution rules)
